Welcome, early tester

Help us make starting easier.

Try one everyday task you have been putting off. We’re testing how clear and useful this tool feels, and whether you would come back to it.

For adults 18+. This is an early productivity tool, not clinical care. Features may change. Please avoid names, medical details, financial account information, or other sensitive details in tasks and feedback.

Your quick test

  1. Choose one task. Try a message, a small household task, or a piece of paperwork.
  2. Make it smaller. Choose your energy, create a plan, and edit a step to fit.
  3. Try a short session. Start the timer and attempt one action. If you want, explore a library routine or a practice day too.
  4. Tell us how it went. Share what helped, what was confusing, and anything that broke.

    A Lifted Minds creation

Built around the next doable move.

Created by Renata Rhodes, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, founder of Lifted Minds Psychiatry & Wellness. The Next Step offers practical structure for everyday tasks, with room for low-energy days and imperfect starts.

An educational productivity product. Using this tool is separate from clinical care and does not establish a provider–patient relationship.

Your experience shapes what comes next

How did it feel to use?

About two minutes. No name required.
Please leave out personal or health information.

This form does not submit to a server. It prepares a summary you can copy to the person who invited you, or send using your own email app. Nothing is sent automatically.

    A little more clarity.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. This is a general productivity and educational tool for adults who feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks.

Is this treatment or access to a provider?

No. The tool does not diagnose, treat, or provide individualized mental health advice. The product is separate from clinical services and would not include messaging a provider or appointments.

    Will it fix procrastination?

It offers structure for practicing a smaller start. Results vary, and the product has not been clinically evaluated. Persistent difficulties may deserve individualized professional support.

What happens to what I type?

This beta has no account, analytics, or server database for your entries. Feedback is only shared if you copy it into a message or send an email yourself. It keeps your active plan in this tab. The task Save button stores one task plan; the guide Save button stores practice progress and optional notes. Both use browser local storage until you delete them or clear browser data. They do not sync across devices. Printed copies are managed by you.

Is the 14-day guide a free trial?

No. It is a 14-part practice guide you can use at your own pace. This beta is free to test, with no billing or subscription trial countdown. A future paid product may have different features and terms.
